Quartz island, navy shaker kitchen

The owners wanted a working island big enough to seat the family and prep on at the same time, which meant a top wide enough to need careful slab selection. We laid the cuts out so the veining runs the length of the island and the only seam falls out of sight at the sink return.

Navy shaker bases carry the weight visually, and the same quartz continues along the perimeter so the room reads as one piece of work rather than two.
